We are relaunching the workshops at the bakery from Wednesday April 5.

*Some theoretical explanations on sourdough
*Making sourdough bread (kneading, fermentation, shaping)
*Tasting of sourdough bread

A pot of sourdough, explanations with recipe and your own bread to bake at home 24 hours after the workshop

*When April 5/May 24/June 7

*Duration +- 3 hours

*I bring a large bowl or mold (non-metallic) to bring my bread and my apron so as not to get dirty.
